Today was a quicker than usual day in Chicago. Steven had blood work, 2 CT scans, and the appointment with his radiation oncologist, Daniel J. Haraf, MD. Good news! Clean bill of health! Still cancer free! Can I get an Amen! We were early for everything today, and they got us in early for everything, so we got to head home early and miss the worst of traffic.
I'm going to miss my girl! |
~Psalm 103:13-14
As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him; for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust.
It's wonderful to hear that Steve is cancer free, thank you for letting us know! Now you lil missy, fantastic job these past couple weeks, so proud of you. Hang in there. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers xo
ReplyDeleteShirl you know I am going to be there with you in spirit.. A positive attitude is a Must ! Think only good thoughts and keep a smile on your face. Remember that not only the Dr.s are there for you and very important the Nurses are your best friends.. Joke with them and open up to them, they will be your right hand . I learned more from the nurses than the Dr.s sometimes.. Give them Hugs too they need as much as you do !!!! Love you Girlfriend and miss you !!!
